SHAPE OF LIGHT, SOUL OF FIRE
International Exhibition
A selection of leading figures in contemporary studio glass:
Bohumil Eliáš, Wilfried Grootens, Tomáš Hlavička, Petra Hřebačková, Lukáš Jabůrek, František Jungvirt, Vladimír Klein, John Kuhn, Petr Stacho, Jan Štohanzl, Lukáš Šulc.
Every work is a statement
Together, they create a space that cannot be explained.
It has to be experienced…
Not decoration. Presence. A memory of fire and light.
Why a museum?
We deliberately place glass objects where you do not expect them.
Inside a museum a space with its own memory, rhythm and silence.
This is where tension begins.
A contrast that makes you stop.
Suddenly, you no longer perceive glass as an object.
You begin to experience it as a situation.
